Boeing 737-400 in Garuda Indonesia's landor livery. The aircraft is the backbone of Garuda Indonesia operation, and the most number in fleet. Primarily serving domestic to regional routes, this aircraft is quite a cost leader in its size.

I've flown with this type of aircraft more than any other planes in the world and found out that it is quite comfortable despite the recent change to 3-3 abreast seating configuration.

Powered by 2 CFM-56-3C1 (each 22,500 lbs of thrust), this aircraft typically cruise at mach 0.745 at 33,000 feet above sea level and serve regional routes (up to 5,000 km). The aircraft is discontinued by Boeing in 2000.

Garuda Indonesia is a company of the government of Republic of Indonesia.
CFM International is a joint project between General Electric Aero Engines and SNECMA of Safran group.
